Will Algebra I, Part 1 count as a math credit? No, Algebra I, Part 1 will count as elective credit only. Students will receive math credit for Algebra I after completing Algebra I, Part 2. 3. At what grade level will the new Economics and Personal Finance course be offered? This course will be offered at the junior or senior level. 4. Will there be options for students other than taking the course during the school day? The course will also be offered through Virtual Virginia. 6. Have the number of required verified units of credit changed? No. The Advanced Studies Diploma requires nine verified units of credit in defined subject areas. The Standard Diploma requires six verified units of credit. |
